LET’S MAKE 2019 A YEAR TO REMEMBER!

Hello all! What a busy and successful start to 2019 for the Wiemann team.

We started the year off at major exhibitions in Cologne, Birmingham and Edinburgh – it’s safe to say that January and February have flown by in a blur!

Reaction to our stand at the Cologne show was very encouraging, with one of our busiest exhibitions in recent years. We had our largest ever compilation of prototype ranges on display – with the layout and products receiving great feedback. The show also highlighted Germany’s continued interest in semi-solid furniture – very different to the UK market!

This was quickly followed by the January Furniture Show – an amazing event, once again! We saw excellent results in the Furniture Awards – winning the bedroom category for the second year in a row with our new for 2019 VIP range Monaco. In total we had over 19 collections on show and 30 displays, including five new options and two new finishes. Our stars of the show were Dakar, Miami +, Cambridge and the award-winner Monaco.

Then we headed up to Edinburgh for the North Point furniture show where we saw similar interest in ranges Cambridge and Miami +.

We love attending exhibitions as it’s a great opportunity to meet with our existing customers and showcase how hard we’ve been working to create innovative yet extremely practical ranges over the past few months! Now we’re looking forward to following some great leads with new accounts over the coming weeks.
