Now that the dust is settling on the shock waves of the Brexit vote, we, like most businesses, are poised for… well, we don’t really know what. But the decision has been made and we’re just going to have to deal with the consequences, good or bad. The only certainty is that things will change and we’ll have to react. What we can do is to carry on working hard to build business with our customers and strive for continuous improvement. Focussing on factors such as quality, value for money and great service are a great recipe to succeed and win, whatever the political, social or economic backdrop.
In the meantime – Hoorah! Germany is back from holiday, which means the factory has re-opened and lead times will start getting back to normal. There’s another change associated with the return to work, too – and this one is definitely positive! The standard ranges coming off the production line will all now feature the fabulous new Treeline interior finish. We think its fresh,
contemporary hue sits perfectly with the current palette of door and carcase finishes and makes all the ranges look very modern and smart. (VIP and semi-solid wood ranges aren’t changing, by the way).
Last, but not least, we are thrilled to have been awarded Best Overseas Furniture Manufacturer for the fourth year running by Interiors Monthly magazine. We know this award comes off the back of the magazine’s readers’ vote. So what can we say, other than a very big thanks to those of our retail partners who voted for us and have continued to support our efforts in this way. It is truly humbling.
