WHAT MAKES WIEMANN FURNITURE SO DURABLE AND OF HIGH QUALITY?
High Specifications
Every day 10,000 individual components are batch-produced and then used to make specific orders.
Panels are made from 15/18 mm thick MDF or high-grade chipboard and wrapped in top quality printed foils using the latest printing technologies available, so all our wood finishes look and even feel incredibly realistic.
High-quality runners ensure that the drawers run smoothly, regardless of whether they are almost empty or full.
Cushioned hinges ensure the perfect fit of each individual cabinet door. Metal back mounts are particularly stable and, unlike plastic, do not deform over time.
Pre-drilled mounting holes for shelves give you all the freedom you need to redesign the cabinet dividers, while metal angled shelf supports hold the shelves securely in place.
A midfoot on our bedframes increases the stability of the bed and prevents the construction from twisting or sagging.

ISO 9001
Wiemann is certified to ISO 9001, working according to a precisely defined quality management system. In this way, it ensures the highest quality for its customers at every stage of production, development and procurement, right up to the finished end product – all of which enables it to constantly optimise its business processes.
TÜV
Wiemann is proud that its furniture is independently certified under the TÜV scheme as demonstrably excluding odours, pollutant emissions or environmentally harmful ingredients and meeting the demanding requirements for quality and product safety.
Emission class A
Emission class A corresponds to the requirements of the limit values according to RAL-GZ 430 certification for bedroom furniture under the German furniture quality labelling scheme RAL, with at least 50% below the legal limit for emissions hazardous to health such as formaldehyde.
ISO 5001
Wiemann is certified to ISO 5001, energy management system standards, and continuously strives to improve its energy-related activity in order to contribute to environmental protection.
Wiemann is climate neutral!
Wiemann has signed up to the climate protection offensive of the German Furniture Quality Association (DGM) and has reached the highest level of the climate pact!
